Bolt-on Z28 M6 Vs. Bolt-on 5th gen SS Auto Im about to leave this local meet and this loud as **** 5th gen blocks me in and ask me if I want to run. I said sure for ***** and giggles, I thought for sure I was gonna lose, I didnt even ask what was done to his car, but it was definitly exhaust. Mine just has 1-3/4 headers, 2 high flow cats, slp catback, and a lid.
Races:
40-125 I had him by about 3/4 car, his front bumper was by my rear wheel.
30-125 about the same as the first race
50-90ish We were neck and neck until I missed 4th gear. My clutch pedal was getting really soft. (stock MC)
I was pleasently surprised lol. He had a passenger taking vids. I didnt, and thats probably the only reason I won thats how close the runs were. At the end he asked me what else was done to my car. I told him just headers. "You sure?!" Lmao. Hopefully hes there at the next meet so I can get my hands on those vids.

Lmfao thats me bro and i aint cammed i am just tuned and straight pipe thats it ... And i beat you from yhe 30 and 50 the only one you got me was the 40 which suck in my car, but good runs ill post videos later on .... Where you got cammed from?? Lol

Lol na just tune and straight pipe, actually itvwas louder when i first did the straight pipe it got quieter ... I would put it up but wouldnt want to get it hot, even tho its rare that ppl race there but we was actually at gas station .... It was a valero if i am not mistaken

Lol ya thats it. That meet was kinda weak that time. Idk if u saw that silver old school Z28 but we had just got done racing and pulled in that Valero to bullshit, then a few other cars showed up from that meet.

I thought I had him two out of three times, I could be mistaken I was too busy staring at my RPMs cuz I couldn't hear my own car lol. I know for sure I won the 40 roll and then on the 50roll I guess technically I lost cuz I missed 4th. I don't care I was in it for the thrills lol. Gotta wait for the vids.
Not sure if it's tuned. Headers were installed by previous owner. He might have tuned it. It had no cats and I added the high flows and cat back.

O yea i thought it was the meeting was there since everybody pulled up there ... Btw what did that other camaro had that you raced?? And who won?? Btw do you have the ls6 intake??

Honestly I'm betting the OP probably did win the first two races. The L99's in stock form are not that impressive, now if he did have a tune like he says...the race would be a little closer. Wouldn't be surprised if the LS1 did win 2/3.
