El mero mero means like, the most important or like the boss in other words, but instead of saying el mero mero. I throw in "camaro" at the end .... Hispanic ppl should know what I am talking about .... Some just like giving a hard time

I call my car roll king because it can't do **** from a dig because I spin so much. It's not like I talk about "ROLL KING" raced "DIG QUEEN" and I won by 2 cars.
