I wouldnt say a 1.9 60 is launched hard. Hell my buddy has gone 11.6 at 121 in his gt500 on factory wheels/tires. His is being launched easy.

Yet they have 460rwhp 3300-3400lb f-body's that struggle to hit 120. The poor setups are far more common than one with time and calculation invested. The spectrum on h/c ls1 cars is as vast as the pacific it's self. Lol

From a roll it would be pretty close considering I have pulled low 11 second mid 120 cars.

Basing how fast your car is by street races is silly. That is why people like Redfire,Hio,Ohio give you guys **** when you claim how fast your car is by running people on rolls etc...too many variables on the street(ie kick,temp of motor,gas level). I can't tell you how many times in the last 20 years people claim their car runs so so at so so mph because of people they race or similiar cars that dyno the same etc and then they get a big wake up call at the track.
Been around,driven,worked on tons of GT500s. One that is modded like claimed is at best mid 11s in great conditions with good traction. They don't run ETs worth a damn compared to the power they put out in most cases.
