To be honest I would'nt even think of changing the rear if it were'nt for my ls7. I would put axles in the 10bolt, weld up the tubes, a girdle and let it ride. And if the 9" makes more noise than I can stand or makes it ride rough I will put the 10bolt back in it.

My contribution? I am the OP. I posted this thread which started this shitfest.
I've owned my car since I was 16 years old back in 2003. I've been around the LS1 world since then and I've seen hundreds if not thousands of Ls1 fbodies run at the track not to mention the ones I've assisted building or have worked on myself. I know whats norm and what's not norm for these cars.
I know for a fact I am one of the better 6 speed drivers around.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNoYlB0aycU
I owned a 2005 GTO that I took to 12.79 @ 109 basically bone stock. I drove my Camaro to a 13.1 @ 107 in mid summer hot georgia air stock down to the filter.
My camaro runs fine for what it is. 131 Traps @ near full weight are simply impossible with 420rwhp in a Fbody. You guys are letting this man troll you for days and you keep biting. Somehow or another we are arguing about rear end strength now? Come on.

I would just shush and go back in the corner if I were you. Learn to read about his car and the mods that are on it. Its not hard to believe when you see whats been done in person and I have seen it in person. Been around F bodies since the early 90s as well...

BS thats impossible... theres no way you can kill a gopher with a stick. You need atleast something similar to the weight and strength of a baseball bat. Ive tried it a million times and theres actually a list on a forum of the people who have been able to kill gophers with certain weapons. NO ONE has accomplished this with a stick. You are simply a troll and feeding everyone BS!!!

I dont care about that list..... they had different sticks then becuz mine came from a tree that's seed was planted in a piece of herculian **** about 5000 yrs ago.... It made my piece of chinese elm SUPER STRONG.
I know its not a big accomplishment since there have been people to kill 14 gophers in a single swing with larger objects... But I feel mines a big deal since people I barely know rave about it on the internet, which inturn gives me an extra 2mm increase on my internet ***** size calc...
Just thought I would share that with ya and watch the PS Calc grow!!!
