He handed the GTR its ***. I thought GTR's was suppose to win ever race they was within the same power as? He also did really well against cars making more power then him. And not just 50-60whp but 100-200whp more.

I don't know what the deal with most of those vettes were that made more power. There were plenty of them making a lot of power. I think I saw 3 that were trailered for the whole event. One of the ones trailered made 850whp at 7 psi. Also the GT-R's in the video didn't make the same power as the vette did.

Great vid!

Turbo2V's C6 was doin work for sure.... I can't believe how well he hooks on those M&Hs in 3rd gear... My car did not hook anything like that in 3rd, on the exact same tires and similar power...

I would like to see who owns the "1300 rwhp TT C6"...

Looked like he was racing UserName(blue TT C5Z, 950hp) and Inspector12 (red C6z TT)..... Vette on Vette crime FTW...

The silver C6Z that made 850 @ 7 psi (the one with the parachute) had a hurt engine, hence the trailer ride for the weekend..

The blue TT C5Z really makes 950hp at full steam and I bet he had it turned down for the trip out there..

The red TT C6Z did make 1025rwhp I believe but I am sure Jeff turned it down for street playing..

In reality, I am sure all of these cars were in the 900 range + or -...

Close races for sure...

I know both GT-R owners and both of those cars only made about 800whp on the dyno and were built from the same shop.

The white GTR posted on another forum that he makes 870whp with a TopSpeed 'TE900' kit and ran 9.87 @ 147 and won the GTR 2 class at Hennessey's 1/4 mile event for tx2k.

Here's the interview w/ the gunmetal GTR driver. Both were really cool guys, so regardless of how the cars were setup on those particular runs, we all had a great time.

Are you guys hooking up better with the 17" M&H vs. the 18" 345 MT?

I've never run the MT in that size, but I have been pretty pleased with the M&H (325/45-17). Only thing I could compare with is the 345 19" NT05R from my old setup, and there's no way that would work anymore w/ this power.

Watched the video about three times this morning and even posted it in the multimedia section. Car was running great and look forward to hearing results from TI this weekend. The 1300hp C6 was built by Dallas Performance and is for sale for like 80K.

That is correct. I met you by the waffle house at the event. I was the camera guy with the white GT-R and was with the group of guys with the 4 GT-Rs, 2 ZR1s (white and black one), the red GT500 and your friend with the 03 Cobra. I think you split from us because we were a bunch of 600-800whp cars lol.

It's too bad we didn't get to see you run.

Ah, yup! I remember that. I thought the red GT500 might be a good run, but he was trying to sandbag or something... still not really sure. Basically wasn't convinced it was worth burning the E85 to find out what was going on with that car, so I went somewhere else.

I'm 99% sure one bit of footage got mis labled and my run in this video 'vs 1000whp C5 TT' was really that black cobra running the h/c/n2o silver C5Z from your group

That was the only clip with my blurred face not blocking the action. In that run I actually popped off the charge pipe where it connects to the blower outlet (that's when he hits warp speed). The other runs were very even 60-120ish maybe... I think he must have been running boost by gear, because he came on strong after I got out on him.

Thanks man Wish I could have met up with you guys Saturday night, but between the charge pipe coming off and how many cops were out, I just decided to call it a night and tuck it away in the trailer lot. I saw Joseph's Z at the track saturday, looked like it was moving really good too.
