LS1 Camaro vs 5th Gen Camaro vs C5 Z06 *VIDEO*
Ran my buddies headers & tune 5th gen & his cousins C5 Z06. First time against a C5 Z06 thought it was pretty good result.. & YES I mentioned doing a dig but the 5th gen owner didn't have tires & his cousin showed up at the last min so didn't get to with him. Hopefully me & him can get a dig run since hes got NT05R.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

That C5Z was unnecessarily slow for no reason... Something broken in that thing? Whats cam specs? He drop an LT1 cam in there or something? LOL jk
Good runs. Looks like the 5th gen pulled pretty good. What gear was he in on the 50 roll? LS3 or L99?

I'd figure that LS6 with cam\headers and supporting mods (dual springs, etc etc)... it would be around the 420rwhp region. I'm just surprised it didn't walk the 5th gen as I expected it to, unless I'm blind and missing something here? Seems like some runs it moved decent, others it didn't. In the run against you, I expected it to walk you at your current power level, yet it didn't. Good kill on that note.
The LS3 5th gen probably makes something around 390-400rwhp and ran better then the C5Z consistently, with more weight.

You guys need stop bsing and run each other. It was only talked about for the last 2 years
and....Something isn't right here. You guys made the 5th gen look like a beast lol. That c5z seems like a turd, he should walk the both of you easily

I will soon enough... Just hard when you work 7 days a week & trying to find someone to cover your shift
Haha who knows when it comes to street racing on the hwy...
I thought they be in the 415-42x range??
Soon enough we will when were both ready But on the last two runs I think I did pretty good given the weight/hp difference. But yea the C5Z should be doing better.

Tune & headers. He said he was spinning bad. But I was like you were "barely" spinning compared to when me & him first ran when he was just exhaust only. The one race you can hear him spin a little bit at the 35 roll
