Another Guy on a Bike Gets his Feelings Hurt…

I thought you were having issues with your tune or whatever? If you get your issues straightened out by next week, let me know. PM me your number/info/where you are. Always down for some friendly runs in Mexico. My GoPro Hero3 Black is collecting dust and needs some use.

Sticks and Stones, I am NOT local to you. It's called research. You told evan last year that your car was 3,770 lbs stock, and you did about 200lbs weight reduction and now your cars weighs over 3900 lbs with you in it. And that you need to lose about 200 lbs of yourself now. That is simple math. It's pretty ******* funny that I made you think that you know me though.

It won't be fixed but I ran the time in my sig with the gimp tune so it still runs pretty hard, should be a really close race.

Talk about going back to the past. I remember when it debuted like it was yesterday.
Memory lane playing with the NSX on the first Need for Speed for PS1. My dad actually liked the NSX alot back then and he has always been a big GM man.
Oh.. memories.

I dont know Evan. I've asked myself this question many times. To be honest, the LS2 C6's hate the track due to the torque management system you cannot deactivate. Many people have complained about it. These cars are faster in the real world than any track numbers could ever indicate. That video I posted of the butt whopping I gave an SRT8 should say something.
Anyway, I will have runs next week against Steve C.'s stock 13' GT500. What do they trap? 126+ or so on average. If I stay in the same zip code that should say something about my C6.
This is why I'm confused why people are doubting my runs. My Vette pulls strong from 120-150 in 4th gear (esp after the long tubes and the tune) and is relatively strong past that in 5th gear 150 mph+. Nothing I posted is hard to believe. Silly this thread turned into 20 pages.
Thanks. I hope it brings in a pretty penny. I have more cars I want to pick up. Hopefully an Underground Racing Lambo in the near future, among others
Thanks
The driver seating position, the precision of the steering/shifter, the connection between you and the road; words really cannot describe why these cars are so special. You have to drive one to understand. Amazing it was the early 90's that these cars hit the road.

He finished his residency about a year ago IIRC, bought the Vette as a first purchase after finishing med school, and now is going from there.

lol you just trust the opinion you like the best huh?
Well how bout you try and understand what beans meant.
He was referring to the fat tire in the rear. As i mentioned earlier, thats only for drag racing or people who cant ride. The fat tire made the bike run slower than stock from a high roll. He also mentions "Most people can't ride." Now considering this rider had a fat tire and wanted to go from a 100mph roll, do you really think you beat the bike there?

Beans, thanks for the somewhat accurate "life recap"....haha. Nick, not gonna sound like a douche and talk about the money I make. I'll just say I worked hard to get to where I am and I hope to continue to use what I learned to help others in need.
Zinx. Good luck man. Don't get discouraged and forget there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If you need any advice, PM me.
Hopefully I'll have some friendly runs with Steve C and his GT500 soon.
