800whp+ gt500 vs me(vid post 17) Well a guy had his gt500 built dropped over 30k in the car built to be badass and crush all.. It sounds great and looks good. It made 880whp on racegas and 838whp on 93. Well every one is scared to run him so I maned up and said lets do this. I ecpected to get crushed. . I didnt plan so I'm on my street tune that makes 650-670whp same tune that went 10.3 on bigs littles just added a degree and half timing. So I said screw it I'll run him im on my 20's also.
1st run he honks off. We get hit same time from 55. I jump half car and then he comes back and has pulled ahead a little. Shut down around 140 with my front fender at his rear bumper.
We do two more runs and all same out come. Chase car was a Whipple gt500. He actually acted like he wanted to run. But seeing how I ran the built gt500 he backout. As he only makes 650whp. His passenger got a vid I'm waiting for him to load.

Lol..the gt500 chase car, the passenger of it owns a gt500 also. They both watched the said gt500 make the numbers. We all was disappointed in it. My car nay make a little more then the original nunvers as I have added a degree of timing. But then add the 20's in. Was great races. Hopefully buddy gets vid up in morning.

He can use some driver mod. His shifts need some work. As they are kinda slow. he was shocked I was right there. Hes going to be in trouble on race tune and bigs littles. We tried to get him to run my buddies 11 gt500 that has a 13 tvs blower on it. But wouldn't do it. That gt500 and me are a good run. It makes about 20whp less then my street tune. But has 90wtq more and 3.73 gears. Depending on start of race is a great run or he will get a car on me. On my race tune I pulled about 2 cars till my trans decided to hit limiter going from 3-4.

Good runs man. We all know the street is the street.. and you have one hell of a strong running 5.0. Props sir!
