the 800 rpm higher redline over the lsa and hopefully no tuning issues will help it for sure.

to be honest... i dont see it... atleast not in normal air at a normal track. My buddies ZL1 bested 12.4 at 114 the same day i went 12.3 at 117 with my **** bum setup. Remove 80hp... and 350lbs... and thats the z28. If they took most of the weight out of the drivetrain... its possible i guess. But i have no doubt in the same conditions a z06 will have a solid 10mph on the z28 stock for stock... and no not Ranger stock lol. And my weight reduction is in no way comparible to dietcoke. If i did what he did, my race weight would come in between 2900-3000lbs.

huh... my car was 3550 stock and an SS is 3900lbs. Are you referring to a 4th gen?

on the internet... yes... but locally, if a full exhaust, ported intake, air intake, tune ls3 fifth gen hits 400whp... thats a strong car.

How do you figure? The fastest bolt on max effort z06 does 135-136. You honestly think its fat cousin will do the same? Come on man. And you cant possibly not do weight reduction in going bolt ons. Weight literally falls off as you mod it. I havent TRIED to pull weight, its just happened as ive replaced things. As far as factory dyno numbers. The ls3 vette puts down 15-25whp more then a fifth gen ls3. Drivetrain loss on fifth gens is insane. If an ls7 c6 rolls 435wph, do the math...410-420whp is what you will see. Obviously on a happy dyno you will see more.

137, actually. you always downplay gm numbers and exaggerate ford numbers.

Thats just big hammer trolling... i trapped 117 last year on street tires with a bad setup car. 2 completely diff cars now. And everyone keeps hyping up the weight of the z28. Does no one realize its going to be 3800lbs? My car weighs 3200lbs. And i guarentee i make more whp then a factory z28. Its well known the vettes put more power down then the fifth gens with the exact same power plant. My guess is the new z28 will roll around 410whp on my dyno considering the vettes make roughly 430-435whp on mine.

And where are you getting this ''LS3's dyno less in a camaro compared to a vette'' BS? They all dyno right around 370rwhp.
