You mean the BBK headers fit like ****, not that the motor fits like ****.

I was about to say that. I bought a whole car for parts that had super comps and they were slip fit and fit nice. But they all require a steering shaft too. I sold all that **** to do the termi swap. I should have stuck to the 427 sbf idea. Id probably not sold the car then.

I had Mac's on my 85GT and they fit like a glove. Also for a short period of time, my 85GT had the stock hood.
I did put a cowl hood on it when I put a set of Prothane engine mounts on the car and a Victor Jr. intake.

Headers allow exhaust gas to leave the engine more quickly over stock manifolds thus the same concept of better heads. Better heads allow the air to flow better over stock heads. So if you all consider headers a bolt on n this site is somehow creditable just by saying headers is a bolt on because headers and the stock manifolds do the same but headers allow the air to flow better while exiting the engine then heads are the same i.e. bolt ons bc all they do is flow air better over the stock heads.
