Check this out, unlike you, he listened to me and got his ported Eaton Cobra tuned by someone that is reputable as a tuner that won't blow your **** up.
He beat on it and never blew it up, sounds like he knows who to listen to.

Not taking any sides, but comparing a engine from 16 yrs ago to fords best is pretty sad..the LS line is just about up..lets compare the coyote to the new LT1..

Mustang and Camaro are direct competitors. Been that way since 67. No one wants to compare the 5.0 to the fifth gen because you know what the outcome would be...
If the 6th gen Camaro is faster than the 5.0, then these guys will start comparing them again, lol.

Bingo. Complaining that you can't compare them because of weight is just as stupid as saying that they weren't competitors when there was a giant power deficit. That doesn't matter.

THE Camaro and Mustang are direct competitors, but I gauruntee you the next Camaro will have a Lt1 in it...Ford will have no answer for it as they are stuck to the coyote for atleast 7 more years...

From all accounts, the 5.0 in the '15 Mustang is gonna be very similar to the Roadrunner motor in the Boss 302. Probably have DI as well. I understand you obviously don't like Mustangs, and I'm a big Corvette person as well, but you're grasping straws here.

Comparing the Coyote to the LS3 is the only intelligent thing to do. The only people who compare it to the LS1 are either LS1 owners who don't want to admit they aren't top dog anymore, or the people responding to them.
That makes no sense.
