Sorry you hacked your car. I can believe it from the way your attitude is.
Just some mustang guys I know... basically anything 'chebbie' (dumbest thing I've ever heard btw... chebbie?) sucks (even though they claim all LSx designs were stolen/copied from ford) and everything Ford has ever done is perfect. (everyone should have to HeliCoil their plugs bro). 
You could say the same for a 90s LT1... slap some better parts on them (heads mainly, LT4 for example) and they make ls1 power easy. Still have other issues/limitations but the idea is the same.

Stock LT4 (I believe most are right around the 305rwhp area...)

LT4s are badass motors, that address the biggest shortcomings of the LT1 by having improved cylinder heads and a lighter valve train with higher redline.
I'd put an LT4 vette above an LS1 fbody any day of the week. Shame they didn't come in more FBodies, would be quite the close race vs a stock LS1.

On here, HiO keeps that belief alive, too. People think Mustang guys are Bros and Douchebags, it's whatever...I don't lose sleep.
I'm under the impression that everybody knows I'm aware of how to say Chevy, but if they don't, oh well
Oh and the pushrod stuff didn't spit out spark plugs, FYI. The SOHC motors did occasionally, though.

I talk with a lot of guys from this board who own Chevys, off of the board, and have TONS of respect for them and like their rides! You're one of the guys who posts and I think LOL let's see what he has to say this time
