Auto to auto I def agree on that gap.

M6 to m6 it's about a half second. Still bad but not like the full second 6g a8 vs L99

You should do some more research. Rear radials, Tune, and catback... a few have gone 11.9s. Mine did it with Catback, Flex tune, drag pack.... had springs on the car, but 60ft did not get better... period.

I'm truly not even trying to argue or be confrontational for the most part. I just don't see 5.0s around here dropping 1 second in the 1/4 from tune, tire, and catback even in great air.

If you ran that and thats all that is done thats great. You run stock ds, unported tb, everything?

Poppa not telling the whole truth . He was on e85 and had several other small but effective mods. Was on a drag pak and had about 150lb of weight reduction.

My pack was worth 73 lbs.

With my seat back about 90 lbs. and I ran a 1/4 tank.

Good chunk of rotating mass right there even with the heavy drag pack. Did you have to modify the suspension or grind any brake calipers to get them on? I'm forgetful and usually forget to run gas tank down a bit before running. Usually 1/2 to 3/4. Doh

Some cars need to grind a very small amount given the differences from caliper to caliper.
Mines great fit perfect no rubbing at all. No suspension mods.

The biggest loss up over 100lbs would be welds and bias ply. But the $ for the welds and wanting to drive to the track was more important.

You must not search around much... It's not hard to find. My car with an intake/x pipe/tune went 7.6 with a **** 60' cuz of the stock bumpstops being hit on any hard launch. Trapped 96 too. In 3500ish DA.

You don't realize how much Coyote's gain from minimal mods. I ran my friends '00 Cobra R the weekend I got my car. It was bone stock, the R is x pipe/CAI/TB/tune. I got walked by prolly 4 cars. I put an x pipe and tune on my car and I pulled it by a car and a half. With no changes to the first canned tune I was sent.
