Does look nice for sure!
We are busy with our second daughter, now just 2 months old, while our 2 year old really keeps us on our toes at the same time. Basic survival mode until sleep can regain some normalcy - hopefully sooner than later. Do have some late spring/early summer plans for the Camaro - but that depends on parts availability.

Hopefully picking up an 8.8 housing next week so I can ship it and my 10 bolt out to Alabama to be put together. Progress!

Got given a cheap dollar store "ceramic coat". I didn't have high hopes for it, but I washed the 18 SS and figured I would spray it on. I'm actually impressed, it made a really nice shine for not a lot of effort.

Have used ceramic coatings for 4 years. My truck sees a ton of touchless automatic washes (because Canadian winter salt and calcium) - still hydrophobic 4 years later totally untouched. I have detailed the truck surface twice by hand since it was done...and I'm pretty fussy about my truck - so that says a lot. Corvette and wife's SUV are also coated. Camaro is set for a full paint correction this year and then a few layers of ceramic. Paint correction is the key.

Any of you guys have a boosted Ls
, that's on e85? My buddies twin turbo built 6.0 is getting a bunch of e85 in the oil. We're trying to figure out if it's in the tune or mechanical. It's adding a quart every 50-60 miles

Are all holes firing, how do the plugs look?
How much blow by?
Catch can(s) filling up fast?
That volume of oil dilution is excessive....

Of course, and non-aluminum or steel panel won't give an accurate reading, so the Corvette was entirely by his eye and he held off on certain compounds to be on the safe side.

I will ask him, it was tuned on a dyno, the afr's are spot on at wide open, it smells rich when idling. It made 950 rwhp @ 16 psi, he was waiting to turn it up after it gets 1000 miles on it.

During a two stg. correction you will remove around 3-5 microns and 5-7 microns when getting a little more aggressive

Have you measured the paint thickness? I have found them to be right inline with everything else which would be considered healthy clear from the factory which is around 50- 70 microns of clear (.0025")
