I’m pleased so far! I’m going to do longtubes and a cam and call it good. I’ve got two turbo cars if I want to go any faster.

I really like the LS6 cam.. It’s great for daily driver/cruising (so smooth)… I’m not sure if I’ll ever go to a different cam.

I like my 3.90s but I do miss doing nearly 60mph in first gear with the 3.42s. 😂

I hate going 60mph in first gear......lol. My camaro may get near 60 in first with 3.90s now.

My truck has 305 70 17s on it and it does 60 in first.

My Evo gearing was short AF. I hated it. Trapped 122mph bouncing off the limiter in 4th.

122 is flying…. My junk only traps 118 😞 I’m not sure what gear it’s in at the end… I want to say it’s in 6th?

I’ve always felt those had crazy gearing… highly modded ones always seemed to have issues getting off the line clean. I know very little about them though so I could be wrong in the gearing being to blame.

Yeah if you really want to drag race on a regular basis it needs the trans gearing changed and a built t-case. I didnt have either of those and the clutch job was $2800 so I left the all seasons on it so it would spin instead of breaking ****.

that’s what I did with the stock 10 bolt in my Camaro. Not that it makes much power but keeping meh tires on it kept the stock 10 bolt alive for nearly 200,000 miles.
