We've been over that before. What we found is good bolt on ls3s make more power. Which is really odd since a 392 is newer. Then ofcourse the lt1 makes more than the ls3......ssssooo there we have it.
I have seen some stuff where the hemi heads flow alot tho. Idk what the issue is with them not being competitive power wise. Acceleration wise it's just they're in heavy cars.

If it's an early 392, or a 6 speed it would be real close between the C5 and it, A8 392 should eat it alive. Plus I am just talking about the engine itself, not the car it's in, because we all know the LX cars are seriously overweight. Doing some bench racing, the Camaro is like .2 and 2mph faster than the Challenger, while weighing 600-700lbs less. I liked the **** out of the LT1 in my Camaro, but I like the 392 more.
