That 494 is fake af. Be lucky if it was 444.
Tq wins races. Tq is the only power. Hp is only a calculation. You can mutiply tq with gear.....you can't mutiply hp.
If a engine makes more tq.....then the equation for hp also increases. No engine makes hp....only tq comes out of the back of a crankshaft.
There may be a 346 out there that makes 600whp. That 680hp dirt car engine would make over 600whp.....jussayin.
There are no 500whp pump gas na modulars.....and worried about 600whp na ls. Hell you can't even get to my pump gas numbers by looking on furd sights with a modular 🤣🤣

Power to weight not TQ to weight. That is common sense.
Still no 346ci NA LS making 600whp got it.
“looking on Ford sites” Guess you are worried about buying me that intake manifold after all lmao 🤣

Yeah, you multiply torque with shorter gearing.
That means you can gear your way out of a lack of peak torque but you can never gear your way out of a lack of horsepower.
Average horsepower wins races
Yes horsepower is a torque derived calculation but a torque value leaves out a critical value for predicting acceleration rates.
I genuinely doubt you know what that is without a Google search
If a engine makes more tq.....then the equation for hp also increases.
This is why you see diesels making 400 HP with 1000 lb-ft of torque.
Comparing your bolt-on LS6 to your built LS6, every airflow improvement you made was in the effort of carrying torque to a higher RPM thus you were building for HP whether you realized or not.
No engine makes hp....only tq comes out of the back of a crankshaft.

Gm developed that part design for grand am cup.....thus it is a gm port design. The specs from the Lingenfelter heads to the gmpp heads are different.
Like i said.....by that mentality then the ultimate furd teksdud block isn't even furd. It was completely manufactured by another company.

And too afraid to state your mods?? LOL LS1 is the exact same as an LS6 on the bottom end, little fella.
It's not even close to FULLY BUILT either.
#8913
Doug has admitted aftermarket pistons so it’s fully built by any standard, micro peen
Built bottom end, modified LS6 top end = fully built LS6

It's stock cubes, dipshit. Explain how that's fully built? And only 12:1 CR.

Do you know what built means? No wonder you agree with Doug, just two peas in a slow pod
Doug admitted to aftermarket pistons and unless he didn’t bother with a hone at all it isn’t stock cubes either.
Even .005” over isn’t stock cube anymore
You only believe the bs because you want to, clearly no thought behind the nutswingership

It could be destroked to smaller than stock cubes and still be fully built, nutswinger.

Fully built
it almost certainly had hone/balance (regardless of what Ace and Gary claim) and definitely has non-GM bottom end assembly. BUILT
It has aftermarket ported 243s thanks to John Lingenfelter port design with larger than stock valves, aftermarket cam, aftermarket valve train, aftermarket intake, higher compression
It’s a fully built ls6

Aftermarket slugs makes it basically impossible to be stock cube, mental Lilliputian
