Agreed, each to their own. 408 should be fun - that's what powered my SSS (AFR 225s and a baby Maggie MP122 - needed more fuel and boost to be honest).
We will always have an auto in our truck and SUV, but my preference is manual for all else unless it's a dedicated strip vehicle.

That Maggie was starving it. Those blowers might be good for a 4.8. But really the 2650 is a entry level ls/lt blower

Yup - and my 17 has been a great truck and have no plans of replacing it for many years.
No question the baby blower was holding my 408 back. I didn't put the setup together, just bought it already built. Had I kept it, I would have went big single Turbo most likely.

Still went 10.30s on pump gas no brakes, no VP racing gas. LOL. Remember when you bitched about me being on race gas to run 10.30s and that I lied about being on pump and I slapped an MS103 tune and ran 10.0s? Yea made you look stupid AF.
Im not out here chasing dyno numbers. Im having fun with the car, seeing what works and what doesn't for ETs/trap. I like the 600-700 range.
