Default 2011 E63 vs 112K miles bolt on coyote

ok, so as usual in MEXICO.

no vid, just words.

we were at a light. i was in a turn lane with VERY limited distance......

i was cruising and saw a Big Merc ahead of me....the Red Sea parted and we ended up next each other.... i saw E63 with a 6.3 badge. i knew it was all motor vs. alll motor. his heavy *** VS. my average weight 5 liter.....

this man has MONEY. his car is lowered, has three piece wheels, and superwides.....

every thing about his car is MONEY! his custom paint job and custom body work is insane......if any of you saw this car, it is a piece of art.

so....he claimed full exhaust, cold air/filter and a toon. i'm going to admit i have NEVER seen wheels like his. my car is a 66 volkswagen compared to his. MONEY! the man has more money than sense lol.

so the race.. we rolled to about 10 mph so both knew it was on......

We nailed it.....he pulled about three feet through my first gear. thank god my trans let me powershift into 2nd.....thank GOD! I was spinning a little bit all the way through 2nd gear....

i got back to even and pulled about half a car..... my turn lane was gone. curb in front of me and a dead end.

i braked hard and he didnt.... it was the first time i heard his exhaust. you talk about Goddamned LOUD!

his car is a million times the car i have. his car is a race piece. how much did he spend?

so he stopped at a gas station and i needed to fill up with 93.

so the cliff notes... i got a REAL run with a REAL car from 10ish mph to 65ish.... truly i lost IMO. if i had grabbed third i wreck into a curb.....

i was happy to pull back up on him on 2nd. maybe i should have shown more ***** and did a powershift into 3rd, but i was out of road....i had to brake hard to avoid a wreck.

a 4000 lb Merc with a bolt on tooned 6.2 liter car and suspension mods will give you all you can handle.

i thought i would rape him. not really.

my laziness and countless wins on the street have caught up to me. i got my *** kicked and i deserved it. my toon is BAD off. this motivates me on the coyote rebuild to use GT350 heads and coyote firing order cams.

Good run

E55’s and E63’s are 2 cars I wish I’d owned but never pulled the trigger

and ******* HIO.....by the time i get our of 2nd gear, im leaving the average few mod LT1 A8 camaros in the dust.

the E63 has more mods then he admitted to. IMO. he claimed 550 crank hp in mods. that only puts him 20-30 crank hp more than me .im using 93 which is 448 rwhp. that E63 is insane.

4000lbs vs 3390. i should have killed his ***. my shift was a perfect powershift.

So muh old bolt on ls6 made more power than your cammed coyotah.....a engine from 2002.

You started at 10.....ran to 65. Hence the 55mph delta. So i did get it right.

Sounds like you shouldn't have been racing in that area.

So it takes cammed coyotahs to run with lt1s now. I seen it take a cammed one to run with a bolt on ls1 and a h/c one to run with a bolt on ls3.

Not really. Cory old car wasn't at the track that day. Da was worse and phil trapped 134.x vs 130 for cory. The real story is that bolt on vette ran tit for tat with that h/c coyotah.

Btw....cory's old car was a straight up race car. Comparing those 2 cars is pretty much straight up retarded. One is a car that you can drive anywhere. The other is a car you didn't want to drive across town because of all the issues it had. DrB has been slowly turning it back into a street car.

If you wanna know more ......ask phil.

So, it was slower, got it. Also, how is Cory's car a race car? And Phil's wasn't? Who had race battery, race gas, crank scraper, lighter? Just curious.

Corys had race brakes, full slick, no e brake, 1/2 the seats gone, erry light in the damn dash was on, race front seats, air bag removal(I know how yall like that), full tube drag suspension (the car rides pretty bad and is noisy, full drag arb, open x pipe, e85, 7k+ rpm 2 step, aftermarket trans, 4.88 gear that whined, all trunk interior removed, full spool, gun drilled axles

The weight of the cars was only about 100lb apart.

The vette rode and drove like stock, had stock npp exhaust, stock suspension (minus front bar and off the shelf replacement bilsteins), all it's stock seats, race gas(of which you don't cry about 5br0s using so don't cry now), super whoopy tape job, dot tires, no 2 step, stock trans, 4.10 gear, oe diff, stock axles, stock brakes, li battery.

Extremely large difference in how the cars functioned as street cars. One was a full street car one wasn't . It's not knocking either car. Just splaining the difference between them.

We don't know what the h/c vette woulda did that day on that track vs that h/c coyotah.....but we know what the bolt on vette did on that day that track vs a h/c coyotah. The vette has struggled with traction since the h/c on a 26" x 9.5 tire. The h/c ls3 will obliterate the h/c coyote on a roll......and that's the type of racing most post here.

We know what the dyno says of the h/c ls3 vs the h/c coyotah. Ls3 significantly out powers it by about 60 whp and wtq.

Btw i have drove both these cars. I have worked on both these cars.

They both ran 10.5. One went 132. In their actual race the vette won. If you average their times as many here like to do the vette won. After the 60' the vette made up almost .1 going down the track. Their ultimate best et was separated by less than .02.

Cman's car lost to Phils when they lined up due to a red light. But Cman had a better ET that day.

By less than .02 and it didn't have the mph that bolt on ls3 had. How come you didn't average them?

Very evenly matched cars really. It just took h/c and a race car for the coyotah to get there.

I'm correct and maybe you should ask Willizm for a spread sheet if you want things averaged all the time?

You are a special gurl Hiollary. lol

You're the one that keeps posting it. Apparently you believe in doing that sort of thing or you wouldn't post it.
