Evo owners are worse than srt-4 owners I own a camaro and an srt-4. so i know what speed and ignorance is. Someone on one of my sites came across this and they know how i love bashing retards. Here we have some evo tards claiming to beat a cobra running 13.4 with his 13.1. then he claims LS1 camaro SS's run 14.1's. Of course im going over there to call the kid a moron. just thought i'd see what everyone else though of this.

Yeah Some are morons but we have some morons on here too like Shawn2mce and *** Wiper.
I've seen some ls1's run 14's stock, it was a 98 ss with an A4 cooper tires and a body kit.
Any car is capable of running any time depending on the condition of the car and the skill of the driver.
Hey I saw a STS TA with 7lbs on dyno 400 hp after the tune, the car had almost 200k miles and ran like **** in the first place. The guy said had never been in anything so fast, then we took him for a ride in my 4.10's bolt on C5 and he was pissed becasue my car felt faster than his Turbo car.

I just read about this over on SVT performance and heard there was a thread over here. This thing got around fast! I found LS1 forums a couple of months ago because I raced a TA on the road and someone posted about how a LS1 owner posted losing to a Mach 1 over here in Maryland and it turned out to be me. I talk to that guy all the time now.
According to the Evo owners profile he lives really close to me unless there's a Lexington Park in another state.. About a 20 minute drive in fact (I actually work in Lexington Park). I was at the nearest track on Sunday, but I don't think I saw that race
I was running high 12's in my Mach; I'd hope a Cobra could do better than that, but who knows. I wasn't paying much attention to other cars, but if I saw a Cobra running 13's, I'd remember THAT. So either he went to a different track or I just missed the race which is actually very possible considering I was paying more attention to my car than anything else

Well I have seen a 03/04 cobra run 13.6 because I ran him. His MPH was alot higher then mine 108-109 to my 97-98 or something like that. I went 14.x something I have the slip somewhere, POINT is the Cobra was spinning to the 1/8th mile. Even if that guy beat a cobra it's because he out drove him.

Personally, I don't care if those guys believe LS1 is a 14 second car or 03/04 Cobras are mid 13 second car because they will be in a rude awakening when they run against half way decent LS1 and Cobra driver.

Actually, SRT-4 guys are alright...at least the ones I've met up with. It's the WRX STI and EVO guys that seem out of their minds. Actually, import guys in general seem out of the minds.

Well as mentioned you have that everywhere. I have seen plenty of Evo, STi, SRT4, Vette, Camaro etc owners that think they are gods gift so its not just "Evo" owners. I have seen plenty of cars that are "supposed" to be faster lose. Its not hard to believe at all especially against an awd car. I have beat plenty of cars 1/4 mile that have a lot more power than me, but when they just sit there and spin its gonna be hard to catch up.
