Maybe the z06 driver missed fifth gear? I dont know what gear the new z06's run, whats diameter tire, and what the redline is, but it wouldnt surprise me if fourth gear goes up close to that.

Regardless, the 350z does look pretty sick, and im sure its one hell of a beast. However equal drivers, i still feel the z06 should pull, especially once you get 120+ MPH where aero becomes a big factor. But this is just my opinion. The outcome dosnt always follow the theory.
Now theres no reason either us mulletheads or those rice queens need to act like a bunch of asshats. Both cars are beasts and it will be great watching this race. I know we all want to root for our own team, but its gonna be a real good game regardless of the outcome. Im just itching to see a great race.

i do like how everyone is assuming the Zo6 lost the race to begin with. The 350Z driver says he won, but the Vette guy says he beat the 350Z....
there is no video of the race, but everyone on both forums is assuming the 350Z won.

This just goes to show you that anything can happen on the streets. The driver of the Z06 may suck. There are a lot of factors to street racing. Why a lot of dumb people don't realize that, I don't know.

The guy changed his sig to the 437 number today or later yesterday, it did say 405 or 406, maybe he turned up the boost, or maybe he is just full of ****. Hopefully we will see. If he did turn up the boost, than we will never know if he is lying about what happened the other time, since his car will have 30 more rwhp. Thats in the vettes range now. Leads me to believe that he actually did get pulled on, so he turned up the boost to not look like an e-clown.

I was the first one to respond to this thread. I happened to see this thread right after it was posted. That was before that 350z loser knew his story was getting called out. The numbers he claimed were 405whp/406wtq when I read the story. He must have changed them to make his story more believable. Once he realized his retarded fantasy story made it to the real world, and out of their little bullshit land, he had to make some changes. What a bunch of bullshit. If anything did go down, that Z06 was just cruising along side of him for fun. The Z06 probably saw no point in putting buslengths on that 350z, so figured he'd cruise next to him. I doubt anything more than that happened.

I love both cars, as a matter of fact the 06 Z06 could be my next toy parked in the garage right next to my 350. What I find so interesting is the ST 350Z, which may have cost a total of $40k OTD ST installed, can even compete with the Z06. Even if the Z does not win, it will be close, and deserves respect for being able to hang with a $65k+ factory car.
