No you seem to think the exact opposite. In every thread regarding a car that is not an F body or muscle car you try to make it look like that car will never lose even if it did. In all the threads I have seen you post in people are trying to point out how there are fast imports out there. Of course your witty remarks end up being "ricer" followed by personal attacks. Aditionally, I seem to remember a certain 302 powered FC RX7 running mid 11s and killing the whole feild in the last GRM $2005 challenge. That guy looked pretty smart murdering cars in both the 1320 and autoX on the same day on a $2005 budget.

A car tht can run C5 Z06 ETs with near stock LS1 power levels does not sound idiotic to me. It would be hard to call the guys running these idiots at all considering you would be screaming it at rapidly receding tailights.

we have a domestic ricer on are hands. i also drive a lt1, but don't let all the ricers fool you. there's some fast, small displacement motors. seeing the little mods you have there's tons of eclipses that could take you. even on the stock turbo.

 

yea like know 90% of those eclipses wont run with a ls1. these jerks get these fast furious cars and think it will be easy and cheap to mod then they find out its not. second. if their is a 7 second eclipse then it must be tfastest eclipse in the world. and in that case lets take the fastest ls1...ls1 wins eclipses hurt because their not light. esp the last 4-5 years of eclipses are not light at all. ive wasted so many eclipses its not funny. and im not tlaking about in the TA. in my V8 GP i wasted 2 differened new GT eclipses. mabe 1 out of 20 will be decently fast the rest have intake fart can and a body kit weighing it down LOL

 

watch for the turbo's....i almost lost to one. funny thing is, i used to own 90' gsx.fun car though, i'll admit.

 

Its alot more common to see a fast f-body or mustang then a four banger rice burner. The f-body and mustang are a fast car from the factory. You dont have to think twice weather they are fast or not its just not a question. Having a fast ricer is possible and has done over and over again its not in any more. Back to American Muscle now. Ie new camaro, 500hp vette, new cobra soon, gto etc.

They stopped making good Eclipses in '99 when they did away with the 4G63. The 3rd Gens are dogs. 1st gens are the best IMO as the 2nd Gens geet "riced out" to often and are heavier. Watch out for those looking 1G turbo's!
