alright, kid i know with an old 89 camaro z28 has been talking some **** since we raced the other day from a 35 roll. not to make ricer excuses but my a4 only dropped second gear and felt like it didnt move so we were pretty much even but shut down at about 50ish because of traffic. plus i had a full tank of gas . he has a4 with headers, true duals with flowmaster dumps, intake, and a 160 shot is all i know of. so now hes saying oh yea i raped this ls1 yesterday....this pissed me off so were racing for real soon. its crazy slow all motor, in fact my v6 mustang with intake and exhaust pulled a nose on it. im just not sure what itll do from a dig or 50 roll with a 160 shot???. i have loudmouth catback and lid, a4 with 3.23's and nitto dr's. normally i wouldnt worry but he wants to run for some money so all opinions appreciated!!!

Yeah i'm sure your 103 traps would own an L98 with a 150 shot. I have an L98 and I trap 100.5 mph....with basically the same mods as him.

I'm saying I trap 100.5 without the nitrous. He SHOULD be trapping about 99 mph without the nitrous with his mods.

no no no, the l98 has the 150 shot. not me. we raced from a 35 roll and he sprayed and i only have intake and a catback, my a4 only dropped 2nd and we were dead even. but he said he beat me. like i said before the thing is a serious piece of crap, because my 00 v6 mustang with intake and exhaust pulled a nose on him from a 50 roll when he didnt spray. plus its like falling apart but he thinks its the fastest thing in the world. im just not sure what itll do from a decent roll or dig, he has auto so he might have only dropped 2nd as well when we went from 35. i just dont wanna bet money and lose it. thanks.

One way to solve the problem would be to run 2 races both for the same amount of money 1st race motor to motor...2nd race run what you brung, see how confident the kid is then. However if you do anything please kick his ***!

completely even race, i had 3 in my car so did he. stang was a 5spd with intake and exhaust, ran him in 2nd gear from a 50 roll, pulled a nose on him on the 2-3 shift, i put it in 4th and he tapped the nitrous button to win. as previously stated i dont know wtf is wrong with this thing but its obviously got problems....

i say bring on the 160 shot from a dig so i can try my dr's

An L98 with spray is proabably puting 320hp to the rear wheels. They'll run low 13's, maybe a high 12 on the spray. I have one and it has tons of low end.
