and He would have beat that LS1 worse from a dig. That's a sweet spot for the LS1. The LSX motor's do pull well from up top. Very impressive Stang. Get that thing to the track and get us a number. I'm betting high 12's. Good luck with the carb.

Then again, i very well could be wrong. Also, I thought a 405hp LS6 would wipe the floor with me, that is the OTHER reason why not.
I have an LS6 and the valve cover doesnt say corvette :-)
The valve covers come off easy, and if it was bougth second hand it may not have come with it. I think other than that its hard to tell the difference between the 2 motors.
Mine has this funny cadillac emblem on it... :-P
Claimed to have an LS6 under the hood (BS) and let me look, i just saw a normal stock LS1. Oh well, thought I would let you guys know about it.
Way to smoke this fool. 8 grand for an LS1, right? That's a whole LS1 Camaro in decent shape.

Funny how you can't find someone who won't try and bullshit you about their car.
I run into guy's every other day that have high compression big cam engine's that have stock exhaust manifold's and a smooth idle. Or someone who know's someone who know's a guy that has a full race whatever that would just kick my ***.
Did that dude at least say his b.s. ls-6 was stock?
So true man so true!
