track kills!- CAMMED c6 z06, evo, 1G dsm figured i'd post it up, last test and tune day at atco. 35-45* throught the day, car was hooking, hurt the motor on the first spray pass but still ran new bests (in sig)
kill--1st run= buddies evo. exh/intake/flash/driver mod (he races it alot). we both went 12.0, i tree'd him and beat him by like 1/2 car.
kill--2nd run= the mighty c6z06. i ran him ON MOTOR, but mind you my finger was on the button the whole ******* run
. the previous run he ran 11.9 @ some rediculous mph. i tree'd the living **** out of him, and never hit the button. he ran a 12.1 @ 129mph 
and i again went 12.0 @ like 113 or so. beat him by 1 car at the end, he was gaining FAST!
kill--3rd run= c6z06 again. we talked and he said he has a cam (i didn't ask the specs, didn't really care since spent that $ but couldn't buy fuking tires for the thing)..he wanted a re-match. i knew he was gonna be on his game so i jumped and redlighted, guess i caught him off guard so he just sat there and spun, then i guess let off the gas and just putted it down the track. i went 12.0 he went like 16.XX.
sort of a loss-4th run- built 1gdsm- friend who owns a shop. they were tuning it in. he tree'd the **** out of ME and beat me by 1/2 car, but i ran 11.0X and he ran 11.1. i sprayed him since i knew i'd have to. i also broke a plug on this pass, but didn't know it and continued to run the car. i thought i just closed one of the gaps but blew the tip apart..
evo on motor again- he killed me at the tree and beat me by 2 carlength, but i ran a 12.0 and he went 12.1. ran the dsm again and ran 11.3 (spun) while he went 11.5 breaking up in the big end.
great last day of the season at atco, would've been better if i didn't mess up the motor but it'll be fixed for next season.

yeah didn't matter though, he would've lost either way because all i had to do was flip the switch. 
i wasnt surprised i held him off on motor either since it was COLD out and he had ******** street tires, and a ton of power going to them.

Awesome runs man! You got a very strong running car!!!
Guy in the Z06 needs to get some tires and a driver mod... In 40* weather stock Z06 should be trapping 127-128 mph. Cammed C6 Z06 better be trapping at least 132-134... Rich people with fast cars that can't drive should invest some money in driving lessons before modding their car or taking it to the track...

yeah in 40* weather at ATCO (like 15' above sea level- haha) a stock z06 could easily trap 129. the DA' was definetly negative that day.
come to think of it he probably was bullshitting about it having a cam, but i dunno why somebody would make that up.. never know.
he will be yet another guy that goes out to purchase drag radials the day after racing me. should've bought them in the first place anyway

. should've bought them in the first place anyway I think we would have a good run together with me motor and you on spray. I have a friend on the site here (nasty ta) that makes me look like I'm standing still running 10.8's. God that thing moves!

Some of you are full of crap...The best driver in the world has pulled a 129 mph trap speed from the c6Z06 bone stock. the average driver will be doing pretty good with a 125 mph trapp speed...Most are between 123-125...126-127 is extremely good driving and rangers 129 is just amazing...
The guy would haver been trapping 124 bone stock and with his cam he's hitting 128 mph...
With practice bone stock he could probaly hit 126 and with the cam after a bit of practice he'll be around 130 mph..wich is just plain sick...
How many of you read stories of guys running 12.9 at 109 in their Fbodies??????how many of you got anywere near that bone stock to the tire??
