So you honestly think a Mustang needs 400rwhp to hit 12s?

Well you're showing me all these high-power Mustangs with shitty drivers... kinda makes it seem that you're implying that they don't have enough power to run 12s. And you never answered my question; Are you saying that the guy that ran a 13.1x with a few bolt-ons and 4.10s won't be able to get into the 12s with more power and drag radials?

I would assume if he spinning his *** off right now then yes he would hit 12's, but I dont know his bolt-on or the conditions of the track.....

I agree. I'm doing 12.30's with DR's and only dyno'd 300rwhp on a Mustang Dyno. All of this, with 135,000 miles on the clock too.

also I was not intentionally showing you high powered cars lol.....all I did was go to mustangforums.com and go to the time slip registry and then go to the high 12 second time slips and those were the cars that are on there....

H-pipe/exhaust/intake/tune/4.10s. Stock weight (I think he took the spare/jack out), regular tires.

Thank you... I don't know why this guy thinks 12s are that hard.

12s are not hard.. my LT1 ran high 12s with headers/cai/tune/tires.

Although some of those trap speeds are pathetic.. I've never met a well running GT, at the track they all lay down high 13s.

exactly, I never said 12's were hard.....just a little bit out of reach for a bolt-on 2V GT

Just cuz you've never seen it, doesn't mean it's not possible. In fact, I've proven it IS possible. Unless you think 20-30rwhp more and DRs aren't enough to pick up a couple tenths

Mustang GT's must be a lot faster in other places than around here. I've walked a CAI/Full exhaust/UD pulley/4.10 2003 GT from a 50 roll like he was a complete joke. My car was completely stock, so what's that make me? 13.4 @ 106 maybe?

NO way this guy was even close to 12's. High 13's best, even that seems out of reach for as slow as this car was. I've beaten another GT with atleast exhaust by even more than this guy, so I don't think he had a bad running car.

DRIVE MOD doesn't mean **** from 50mph roll BTW.

Maybe if the car was set-up for drag on slicks MAYBE i would believe it, even then its a bit far-fetched.
