ok guys i love lsx's ive owned them, but now i have a a 97 cobra with a vortech aftercooled system and all the supporting mods great car....... when i had my ls1 ws6 & z28 i didnt really notice the attitude problems, but alot of this guys are over the top.... they think there machines are god sent and have no way of loosing to anyone lol, especially mustangs! well i have a story for you.... my car is running mid 10's and no one at the local hang out believes me im only 21 and look 16 lol.... so the guys there are older and are always talking out of their ***! kid go back home, you cant hang with the big boys! anyways i finally stepped up and wanted to race for some cash since they always say they dont race for free, go with he ricers they say......... this guy who has an sts vette wanted to run me for some cash! very cocky guy hes known for having a 10 sec car! so he said if i wanted to run from a roll or a stop and i said both! $250 each race damnnnnnn i should of gone to the ricers lol, anyways i knew i would for sure pull him from a stop cuz i had my mt et's 315's........... or atleast i taught he had bfg drags fuuuuuuuck! anyways we went to outskirts of the town to get it done right! first we did the from a roll pull.... we did 1st gear pull until 150mph this teh race taht i kne i might loose cuz of his top end but surprsingly we were pretty damn close until i shifted to fifth hes a 6 speed beat me by like a or so at the very end! so i paid teh man and he said good run you surprised me, he taught i had a turbo also cuz the vortech blow off valve was louder than heck! anyways now to the run from a dig! i got my mickeys hot as hell lol, so did he......... they flagged us down and i launched at 4000 rpms and immediately had 1 1/2 cars on him maybe two and it stayed that way i shut off at 135 thats what i trap my 10.4's in! i was so excited he had traction problems lol, he told me his best time at the track was a 10.33 on bogarts!

well not really the block is capable of 1000hp, but im not running that much boost! only 12lbs....... im sitting at 505hp and 502 tq with the tune it has now which is fairly agressive with my mods! runnig a bit rich i would say!

Are you aggressive or rich?

12PSi is pretty good in a supercharged app. on **** pump gas. Considering your fuel capability, you might try E85. You could run a leaner AFR (as displayed on a WB02) and get some more boost or timing out of it.

lets just say a racing suspension and teh driver mod helps alot....... the car is really nice up top this cars can go up to 7k in the rpm range..... when it gets up there iot just flyes..... 1.48 60 fts.....

Yes you must be making more than 505. My car only trapped 130 with 500whp and it is much lighter than yours. I understand torque would be the reason for your 10.7 but 135 trap?
