2001 Z06 vs. 2008 Charger SRT-8 a guy i work with just bought a new charger srt-8. he wanted to race me. so i accepted. the runs are as follows.
1st: from a dig, i lose traction pretty bad and he gets about a 1 1/2 car jump. i reel him in by the top of third. i shut it down at about 140 with him maybe 5 cars back. i was pretty surprised. i mean it is a big car.
2nd: from a 30 roll, we floor it and he keeps up till i put it into 3rd. i start to pull him pretty badly on that one.
before you guys say anything, i know its not much of a kill. it was fun though and i was surprised. not a bad car at all. he let me drive it and the 1st time i drove it got a 4.71 0-60 time.

mods why is it on these cars srt 8 with the big hemi the mods adds **** loads of power .Kn is like 23 hp and 41 tr headers are like 34 hp and 47 fb tr . Man if these things where unlocked and tuned right those motors are crazy power makers.

The new hemi has tons of potential but due to the **** computers they put in these cars you can't tune them at all. It really sucks and Dodge lost a customer because of it.
