Alot of people underestimate new liter bikes (even newer 600's for that matter)
As for v-twins...Ive never liked them (lol flame suit on) I dont like the way they sound at all, but it's all personal preference. Ive actually raced an RC51 in my old Cobra and he actually braked just as I was going to go buy him (lol, he now has a newer TLR1000)

Well it depends on a lot of factors other than just power, but basically, the keys are:
Power to Weight
Drag and frontal Area
Gearing (whether for acceleration or top speed, and matched to how the engine wants to work)
I've seen Lingenfelter Turob and SC Vettes hang at the R1 and Hayabusa level . . . but that's about what it takes. Considering the price, Bikes are in their own league for performance value. They're also in their own league when it comes to fatalities.
The cool thing is that a well sorted sports car (sorry, not an F-body) can out handle a Bike on a heavily twisty course; the bike has to brake much earlier and generally cannot carry as much speed through harder corners.
Curiously, as awesome as Bikes are, they are not at the peak in any of their fields, except off road. For circuit time, an F1 car is massively faster than a MotoGP, and the fastest drag bikes are no where near a Top Fuel dragster. (Not that it wouldn't take gigantic ***** and mad skills to ride at that level.)

i beat a new gsxr 600 by about 6 to 7 cars from a 70 roll.
The busa and gsxr 1000 that were with him i raced next. I beat the busa by a fender and the 1000 could not pull me. My car is supercharged and is geared for topend. The supercharger makes max hp and tq up top.

haha ok
As was stated earlier a couple times, the rider makes all the difference in the world... if you indeed did have those wins, then good kills!! the gearing for top speed might help you agasint a 600, but that's about the LAST place its gonna help you agasint a Busa...
max horsepower up top? ur joking right? .... ok n/m, i'm joking

well Brian 06 and mach 1 guy. The best I ran was 10.86 129.54 with stock 2007 GSXR600. My old 03 cobra went 11.30 129mph and I lost to a 06 cbr 600 couple times from a roll. Yes we were dead even the first first two gears but than he pulls. Now my 1000rr I lost one race to 87 fox body and he runs low 9s from a roll I have beat him. I cant lunch the bike as good because I cant keep my wheel down in 1st gear. My old 03 cobra had 580 hp 803 torq on the bottle at that time and I lost to a 600cc. My new 03cobra should beat 600 but my 1000 is still faster to me. I have raced 00SS with turbo set up, he put down 744hp, he jumped me (I didnt hear the horn)and I have still passed him. Its all fun to me I love bikes as much as I love cars.

I ran a bike in my Z, just heads/cam.. from 40 to 120.
Of course it was a 600.. a pretty old one.. at least somwhere in the 90's.. and the big bookbag on the kid's back was probably slowing him down

no i have 3.55 gears. The reason i say that is unlike a root style sc, the centr. sc makes its tq on the top end. From a dig i think i will lose to a bike. Up top is where i pull hard. I dont deny that the rider may have had a lot to do with my wins. But i sill won. Esp. raving the busa.

there is no possible way unless he didnt downshift on the liter bike. a gsxr 1000 or busa will easily trap 140 so idc where your car pulls, unless your makin over 850 you have no chance of trappin that high
