Killed a 580rwhp Whipple 03 Cobra Heading home from the track a guy in a blue 03 cobra was riding my ***, kept bliping the throttle. Finally we got to a two lane part of the highway with good straights and he lined up with me.
I guess he didnt know what he was getting into, cause he really wanted some.
He downshifted and I started brake boosting, three honks and I instantly started to pull. When we finally let off he was a good 4 or 5 behind me. He came up beside me and we exchanged thumbs ups and he wanted to go again. We ran 2 more times with the same results.
We pulled over in a gas station to bs and check each other's cars out. He told me my car sounded amazing and ran like a bat outta hell, I told him he had a sweet ride too. It was the first Whipple cobra I have got to play with, they dont whine like a KB but they do run pretty hard!

I know my place in the food chain lol.
But I think the cobra would be a good run for your vette, hell it has a 100rwhp advantage over ya but you got the wieght advantage by alot.

Still on IRS, it's most definately a high mph roll race car. Your TA is untouchable at the track by anything I can get brought out.
I know my place in the food chain lol.
But I think the cobra would be a good run for your vette, hell it has a 100rwhp advantage over ya but you got the wieght advantage by alot.

Hell yea cant wait man! I wanna see that Z06 in action. Let me know in advance when yall are coming.

The track I went to was a joke and I will NEVER go back. A brand new SRT10 Viper and a brand new Z06 lined up for a grudge race and they both ran mid 14's. I barely broke 13's! It was like racing on ice, my buddy spun and hit the wall in his bone stock LS1 Z28!
Oh yea! But come on Dan everyone knows GTO's are slow heavy pigs!

sounds like me last time i went to the track. first run was a mid 13 spinnin thru 3rd. second run granny shifted and dident spin in 3rd just 1st and 2nd. and ran a mid 12
