Turbo CTS vs TA WS6
I was on my was home tonight when I see a black Caddilac CTS it looked nice looked a lot different than any other CTS's I have seen, this one had a bodykit that made it look interesting. he gets next to me at about 65mph and he floors it i see him jump so i punch it also and try to catch up, this car sounded badass when it shifted gears so made me think that it was not an ordinary CTS i think it might of had turbo. So the go around was just to see how much power we have. The second time around it was a different story we line up next to each other going like 60-65mph and we launch our cars I stayed with him neck and neck till about 100mph where he started to pull from me, I was about 2 acrs behind at 120mph.. i could hear his car and it made a badass sound when it shifted gears again... This was a badass death for me, was able to see that I need mods quick so i an kick some *** and have some power at the top end.. Wanted to give the guy a thumbs up but he could not see me with my tint and my driver side window motor acts up somtimes...lol... sorry for the long story just cool to see a turbo CTS

STS-V is 469 flywheel from the factory
XLR-V is 443 flywheel from the factory.
Both have an eaton SC.
Looking forward to the 09 CTS-V
I love the fact that Cadillac makes cars like this. I still get the bugg eyed stare from people when I tell them I drive a Cadillac. The I get the HUGE bugg eyed stare when they hear it.

1) Mesh grill. Many regular CTS's run them. I don't know of any V's that have swapped it out for a regular CTS grill.
2) 7 Spoke Silver painted OEM rims w/ 6 lugs. The lugs are a dead give away. I only kow of one CTS-V owner that has done a 5 lug conversion. 99.999% of the time if it has 6 lugs, it's a V.
3) Big 14" rotors, with V logo'd calipers. Not a lot of wanna-vee's are going to go to the trouble of putting a big brake kit on the car, and then embossing them with a V emblem.
Anyway, sorry for munging up your thread with V trivia.
