Nice kill. With your mods, it is not hard to believe the outcome of the race.

Nice kill man.

A good friend of mine had an 03 Cobra with a ported Eaton, exhauast, tune, etc. It made 526rwhp and I was with him when we yanked a C6 Z one time.

That being said, I know you could easily pull one with a Whipple.

Um....I have 512rwhp with a ported eaton, 2.8 pulley, catback, intake, tune, and a heat exchanger. There is no way in hell I would pull a C6Z06.

Thats what I was thinking. 50whp from FI shouldn't be enough to compensate a 600lb less, all motor, more aerodynamic car. But, in a street race, there isn't always a reasonable explanation.

My car only weighs ~3400-3500 with me in it. Only 150-250lbs more than a C6 Z with a driver.

Not necesarily true. Where the weight is counts and 9 times out of ten NA power is better than FI power.

Props to the OP for a great kill. Give me a month or 2 and I would love to run you. All motor. I hope you don't kill me too bad.

Pm me when you get whatever your building together and we can meet up at HRP. I only race for fun so not going to play the street hustle game...

Since I don't have all the safety gear, will only run it to the 1/8th mile unless its end of night then I'll do a bonzai pass and get promptly booted for the evening.

SRA swap alone takes out about 150lbs.

So.... basically you weigh 50lbs

3600 stock (at least) - 150 = 3450 (probably more)

3450 + you in the car = 3500 (or less)
