will-no-thrill - you SERIOUSLY need to wake up man. You're either lying about having a cobra, just bought it and are learning, OR you are just young and ignorant. Maybe a combo of hte three?
LOL@ Sarge, Manilishi and Unit.......Some funny chit in here.

The goal is for it to make as much friggin' power as it can! ![Icon Lol](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/icon_lol.gif)
Realistically, I think it'll make around 650-660rwhp on the blower
and another 100-150rwhp resulting from the nitrous depending
on the shot size.
Somewhere in the 750-800rwhp range. That should be enough to
break all kinds of **** and to frustrate the hell out of me when
trying to hook it.

That thing will definately be a handful getting to hook, but when it does it will be a blast.

Just want to thank everyone for replying. I know I should have lost the race, I guess the Gods were on my side that day! In you guys' opinions, with both equal drivers, how many lengths should the cobra have on the formula? The formula's making 327, and the cobra is making an estimated 405 (oh by the way the cobra's never been tuned).

My guess?...3-4 lengths but it's the street and alot of factors to consider.

I raced my friends cobra from 40 to 130 on the highway,
I won the the race by fender!! Hes mods are Borla cat-back exhaust
cold air induction, with nittos, no pulley swap. My car is a 1999 firebird
formula, my mods are slp loudmouth 1 ls6 intake manifold slp ram air, flo pack,
and my car was tuned I making 327 at the wheel and 343 ft tq. He told hes car was making 405 at the wheels, which seemed high to me with out a pulley swap.
I had the led the hole time but it was close! HE Says he will be doing pulley In
the next several weeks! then he will be at 450 at the wheels. I now when he does that he will kick my ***!

His numbers seem to be dead on for the pulley. I have two next door and it seems that all pulley cobras put down 450rwhp to 465rwhp. I would still race him to see the difference. Dont get me wrong they nice cars but they are also dyno queens. I would run him and see how you do. I would think he would want to see the difference as well

Then its your turn to mod and try again.
BTW nice kill.

Great, want a biscuit.
I dont have any numbers yet (just got my car back the first of the month) when I do I will post them. I am hoping for low 12's. There are alot of high HP cars running around that are not putting all of the power down or need a driver mod. I have yet to run my neighbors cars. We are planning a trip the track together. His wifes car dynoed 458RWHP and is pullied. His car is the same year cobra (04) but is still going under the knife for twin turbo, new solid rear, ect.... I will post some vids when we get a chance to take some (he works nights). I will post some track times as well.

Actually, I would since I'm a little hungry. ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
In English, the above statement means STFU because you've done nothing.
Everything else just reads...blah, blah, blah..."I'm hoping" blah, blah,
blah..."my car should"...yada yada yada.![Icon Rolleyes](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/icon_rolleyes.gif)
Fortuntalely, 460rwhp is around 300-400rwhp ago so I don't have to deal
with that BS anymore. It is however ironic how you call cars dyno queens yet you've
never made a pass in your car.
