Default Stronger Springs?

OK so I know this isn't constructive toward being faster, so if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say ish. I am taking out the rear seats and putting 2 15's in and I was wodering if there is a stronger spring that will not fold under having 150-200 lbs in the back?

Unless you planning on lowering the car i dont think there are any stiffer stock height springs out there. Well i take that back the 1LE springs are slightly stiffer but it wont be easy tracking those down. But in all honesty you should be fine with stockers. I would just feel like you have someone riding back there all the time

OK, but I ride on 315's and I think the last time I had someone back there over 100lbs they rubbed. I know when I had my Caprice I could exchange Suburban springs for the stockers, was just looking for an option like that. Thanks for the reply though.

Where do they rub? On the inside or outside? That can be an easy fix as well.

Well for future knowledge if they are rubbing on the outside of the tire you could look into rolling the fender lip and that should fix that issue, and if its on the inside you can use the BFH mod (big friggin hammer) and "massage" the inside of the wheels wells to gain clearance, OR you could measure the distance from the tire to the wheel well to see if your rear end is centered, and if its not you could get an adjustable panhard rod and center it up and that could fix the rubbing problem all together.

Thumbs up

Put a A.R.T. Coolride kit in the back, If you run manual air valves the price isn't to bad at under $400.

ground control is height adjustable and you can have any rate you want. i'd look more into that. good shocks would probably solve this though.
