Default Braking Help

Everytime I let off the brake while driving my car it instantly jump 3 to 400 rpms. Any advice would be helpful because this is really annoying.

Probably a vacuum leak in the brake booster.

I swapped my tranny out and since then its been doing it. The tranny sponsor dont have a clue what it could be but a vacuum leak. The hose i can see are plug in.

what does that mean? even if all the hoses are plugged in it wont matter, the booster its self can be leaking.

did you call the transmission company and ask them if there is a reason why? Could it be in the lockup of the torque converter?

I posted up in the trans section and the place I got it from didnt have a clue. The other vendors didnt know what it could be either. All they said was vacuum leak but it just happen right after the swap. I thought it might be the stall but I would like to know before I spend 8 or 900 dollars on a new one.
