Default stiff brake pedal

Just installed a SJM abs delete kit. Replaced most of the brake lines in doing this, can't find any pinches or kinks in the lines. Also overhauled all calipers and the sliders are free allowing the calipers to move. The brakes bled good, can't find any more air left lines. I'm finding the pedal very stiff, its hard to get the pedal down, just to push the button in on the shift. When driving the car, its extremely hard to get it to stop. I'm out of ideas on where to look. The motor is fresh, so not really sure what vacuum its pulling. Either way, its a very noticeable difference to my dd even with the engines off.

Any ideas?

It sounds like you have poor vacuum at the booster???

If its not the vacuum, then you have a restriction in one of the lines. Does it feel like you dont have power brakes, or does it feel worse?

Also, check the valve on the booster. And what size cam did you go with in the fresh motor?

its not as bad as if you tried to stop the car if it stalled, the cam is just over .600 lift and decent duration. but the problem still exists when the motor isn't running. gonna jack the car back up again and try re-bleeding it again
