Just push grease into them or are there any special instructions?

Would this do?
http://www"dot"lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=124699-39963-D00100101&lpage=none
The price seems reasonable, and I have a Lowes nearby.

If the Rod-ends are self lubricating, don't lube them!
That will usually accelerate the wear unless it's a dry lube, even then it could break down the lubricating material depend on what it is.
No oil or grease!

Most of the sponsors use self lubricating rod-ends on their products, unless stated otherwise.

Thanks for the recommendation! We do offer the spray version it retail for $14.95 plus shipping and handling. And when lubricating the rod ends just spray the ends themselves on both sides if you can. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help!
Thanks
Brad

I thought a graphite powder type would work best.

Correct .... this what I recommend any type of spray oil is just going to attract more contaminants to the joint plus graphite stays in the joint longer......
