Snapped bottom caliper bolt in half.
Brakes started squealing so decided to completely replace rotor and pads.
Rotors were heat cracked and in horrible shape, pads looked like they shoulda failed 100 miles ago.
The previous owner did not take care of this car in the least as i found the bottom bolts on both driver and passenger side calipers absent and not even there.
I took out the top bolts and went to several hardware stores till i found the correct bolts matching the thread and lengths up.
When i went to reinstall the shitty bolts i got snapped off deep inside the hole.
I cant reach it with a broken bolt remover. And I am lost as to where to go or what to try next. Any suggestions?

You'll probably have to pull the brackets off to get the broken bolts out. No surprise that grade 2 hardware store bolts broke off in an application you should be using grade 8 bolts in.

you can get grade 8 bolts at most any hardware store. They are usually in drawers by the rest of the bolts at ACE.
As far as getting the old ones out, I would get new brackets. You can buy loaded calipers at most autoparts stores, and they will come with new brackets with them.

If your wanting to get those out and use your stockers again, try to find and easy out kit and you want to start with the smallest easy out first. You drill the smallest hole you can in the bolt that broke till you can fit the easy out into the hole you just drilled. After that you pound the easy out till it feels solid in the bolt, and try to back the bolt out with a pair of vise grips or an adjustable wrench on the easy out.
Here are what easy outs are,we use them all the time on our Aircraft :
