I know the rear springs are the same and the front springs are different due to heavoier front end of the lt1, How much higher would it sit in the front? also possibly do the hose mod for reqrs to even it out. if anyone has pics of lt1 sportlines on an ls1 post them asap if you can. I found a good deal on lt1 sportlines and wanna get them today or tomorrow, but would like to see how they look first.

I know you found a great deal on them and im telling you this since i wished someone told me before i did what your about to do a few years ago. Dont buy sportlines even though your getting a good deal, yes your car will look good as far as stance but you will not like the ride and you will scrape the bottom alot as well. If you want to see how they look you will be sold immediatly i think because my opinion i like the stance but everything else is not worth it, if you have the stock shocks are you also planning on changing them as well?

Yeah I'm oa get new shocks too but will the front sit up a lot higher then if they were ls1 sportlines? Will the heater hose mod on rears even it out?

No, it'll still be slammed! The LS1 Sportlines are the ones to get(better/higher spring rates) if you must have them.

I run the LT1 prokit on my ls1 2000 camaro. The fronts are stiffer due to the LT1 being an iron block and heavier. I got them from strano.

Honestly I wouldnt get sportlines no matter what the price. I have a pro kit and sometimes it seems a little too much. Love my stance though.

The lower the better! I love the lowered look on any hotrod car. I have about 2 inch gap on my Viper and 2.50 inch gap on my lambo from the front bumpers to the floor which are the lowest cars I've owned so far and get around just fine. The only problem with the F-body is if your running long tubes and having them drag, but never been a problem for me either. The mustang and Trans Am's in the pics are all on sportline drop kits. I still think the Sportline drop kits on the T/A's could be another 1/2 lower for my liking but then there would be problems as far as it rubbing.

It depends on what shocks your gunna run that will affect the bounce of these sportline paired with a great shock and nt a cheap one they will make a considerable amount of difference. It will be pretty dam low and the heater hose mod yes it will be slammed I have had every spring mad for the most part if they are a good deal grab them i have ran LT springs on a ls before and will drop the car more in the front, yes. here is a pic for refference this was over 6 years ago though

Nothing wrong with LT1 Sportlines. I have been running Sportlines for over 10 years
and they dont sag, bounce, ride bad, etc. I have no complaints whatsoever for Eibach
and I will continue to stand by them. Also the car isnt slammed by any means but
my wheel/tire combo helps play a part in that.

Ride quality is subjective like many other things, I gave my Sportlines away as I couldn't stand the teeth jarring ride. I put on BMR's and couldn't be happier. It's higher, but the ride is amazing.

I sat 25.5/26 F/R on the Sportlines, I am 26.25/27 F/R now. I don't rub or scrape anything anymore, I hit everything before.
