Default houston we have a problem

So pulled about the suspension because i was hitting the k-member on everything and basically felt like i had no suspension. Below is the pic on how it came apart. no tension what so ever on the spring. bolts pulled threw the top cup. I'm going with the race strange set up coil over set up. My question is will I be able to reuse my stock mount or the fact they pulled through probably not?

to add to it have to figure out where all this oil came from!!

YOur mounts are destroyed. You need new ones. OEM or Moog ONLY, others don't fit.

The reason the mounts are destroyed are because you are missing the wedge-shaped isolator piece that fits down inside that distributes the load. This wedge piece here on the left:

Thirdly, get that POS Fram filter off your car if you care about your engine

I drive maybe 1k miles a year so fram is on there cause that's all they had and no track plans for a while. Ordered moog parts last night and coil overs. The location on of oil is messing with me. It's like a "dusting" on the floor no pile and it seems to far up front to be rear main. I'm thinking something with oil filter seal and once there is pressure it's coming out . Rear main I should have accumulation on floor over a month period

Could be. Clean it up, change the filter, and see what happens.

Just looked at receipt from oil change since I didn't do last because of new job. Anyway it shows 6.25 qt oil. That could be part of problem. :/

Do yourself a favor and don't go to walmart anymore (blue stuff on your oil bolt). Take the hour ever few months and change the 710 yourself.
