I honestly don't know about the others, but my Hotchkis is pretty freakin' light. (Aluminum version)

I can't imagine there is a 2 lb difference between the bulk of them. If this is a gutted race car, I'd worry about 2 lbs, if it still has a back seat and carpet, I'd just buy what fits your requirements for color, price, design, etc.

My thoughts.

Yea a little weight differance doesn't matter to me, just making sure there wasn't any that were a lot heavier then others.

For the benefit you get, there are some who would argue your best bet is to not put one on at all. No less, my Hotchkis weighs less than the BMR I had did.

I made a poem about this...

I made my first strut tower brace out of shoe string....
but it didn't work too well.
So I bought one from Hotchkis.
It lightened my wallet.

PSU

Which Hotchkis one did you get? Polished one? or are the red/black ones aluminum as well?

Does anyone know why the red/black ones do not have the two extra supports between the two bars like the polished one? The STB in the TVS package has these two supports also. Can you buy just that TVS STB?

TByrne went out of their way to get me a signiture series. It's a dark silver metallic painted one. I remember seeing it on the Hotchkis website a long time ago, but they said they were limited edition. My car is NBM, so I didn't want a red one or a black one, the polished looked nice, but I really liked the silver one better. Well as of 1 month ago, I have had it on the car.
I'm sorry I don't have a digital camera, I'd post some pictures for you.
