BMR/Bilsteins DD worthy?

BMR/Bilsteins DD worthy?
I am considering buying some BMR springs during their sale and then buy some SLP bilsteins. BMR's have a good drop but don't think it will be a problem. But is the roughness of the ride to much for a DD. I only put maybe 7500 miles on it a year but am going to college next fall so may or may not take the car. Also I know I will need a adj panhard bar as well.

brand new BMR springs for $175
brand new Bilstein shocks for $200
now i know these are not the going prices BUT it took me awhile to get these deals
and my top strut mounts where is VERY good shape, just about new looking, i was lucky, most of the time they rust out
i dont have any stock susp. on my car with that said, the BMR/Bilstein combo rides 1000times better then factory and very smooth, its not harsh nor does it bounce around
im not a fan of the KYB shocks, seen tomany problems and had first hand problems with them on my DD car, i seen everything from the rod breaking to brand new stocks leaking out the box in my case, i wouldnt put them on my car if they where given to me for free PLUS they make your car bounce alot when you drive over something, i thought it was just something they did with fbodys but they did the same **** on my DD witch is a nissan maxima

I'm positive there are quite a few 4th gen owners who have lowered springs and Bilstein's on here.
I had the Eibach Prokit and Bilsteins and for me, the ride was too stiff and I was not a happy camper.
But there are LOTS of folks here who would tell you otherwise.
If anything, I would suggest that you see if you can find any f-body owners close to you who have the lowered springs and Bilstein combos and take a ride with them!
what one person says is comfy and driveable could be absolutely rough riding and horrible comfort-wise to someone else.

the ride is great with either , i had both setups. My brother has my bmr springs and i have strano springs and it rode the same , i noticed no difference maybe to the road racer but same here . the bmr and strano springs are almost identical as far as i know , i thought their front rates were the same with the rear being like 10 lb difference. You will like the ride with them for sure.

Would you share, even thru a pm if u like? My factory decrapons are done. I also see hd Bilsteins but I don't know the difference. Whatever you are getting would be perfect for me.

Thats a deal, I would rather the Bilsteins but not sure the budget will allow. I may get Staggs for now. Not as good but must be an improvment over my dead ones.
