Thanks a ton! Fronts are adjusted now, seems it needed the spring load. But I didn't do the rears right as I didn't see the button, so I will redo those tonight. Thanks for the PM that helps so much!
I don't know about you guys, but I got three sets of graphical instructions with the Konis, and each one seemed different and required more interpretation than it should.

Hope to start my install Friday, I'll take some picture before and after, but I am running on old old sportlines and stock 120k mile shocks.

Couple parts I missed for those that might be replacing everything. The rubber insulator attached to the strut on the inside, pictured here:

Here is the part: RAYBESTOS Part # 5201160
There is this piece I plan to reuse because I couldn't find it:

And a couple of Stabilizer bar links, mine were falling apart, part number I grabbed below.

It's very common for people to discover that their upper shock mounts are completely crumbling apart. We always suggest you buy a new set to be safe. There is nothing worse than getting into a project and hitting a brick wall because of a small part.

Same place I got mine from...and most stuff really.
Figured out this week I needed a plastic ring that goes on the bottom of the front spring on the black piece on the shock. Had I gotten that I could have trashed the entire old piece without having to waste time cutting the bolt off with a torch. :O

You may not need everything. I went ahead and ordered bushings because I wanted an as new as possible ride when I was done. Turns out my bushing were disintegrating, so it was a good thing I did.
Anyway..
MOOG Strut Mount (Front Left Upper) - K6516 - $45.79
MOOG Strut Mount (Front Right Upper) - K6517 - $46.79
MOOG Spring Insulator (same as Raybesto part, I found this part later and like MOOG better - K6573 - $4.46 x 2
I wasn't aware I was going to need this piece, if you have it and you buy the Insulator and strut mounts you can trash your strut assembly when you get it out of the car (or sell it maybe). They didn't have this item around me so we had to cut the stock stuff apart with a torch to get to it..Wasn't happy about dealing with that.
MOOG Coil seat - K80927 - $11.40 X 2
The rest may or may not be needed depending on your cars condition. The Bushings I had to take to a shop to have pushed on, I didn't have the tools or the time to do the tricks listed in LS1tech threads, but they are there if you look and want to try.
MOOG Control Arm Bushings - K6490 - $18.89 X 2
MOOG Control Arm Bushings - K6689 - $14.39 X 2
I needed Stabilizer Bar Links, front and back, mine were shot.
MOOG - K6630 - $6.93 X 4
So close baby...so close.....
