Ditch the 200hp and put a watts link in it.

We have been having great luck with our Camaro this year. We know it's not the fastest car out there but someday it could be. We just completed the Holley LS Fest autocross and 3S challenge. We will post pictures soon.

We did get some great press lately on car.

Here is a nice article Tim King from LSXTV.com did on the car:

Here is a cool article on the Holley LS Fest and a few cool pictures of Jerry's car wiping out on the track. He managed to come through the finish line backwards.

FINALLY a build I care about! I get bored seeing all these drag strip builds.

I agree, with the Watts Link.

I am surprised that all this work and still running a factory seat and belt LOL.

Have you guys run any diff other than Auburn? My factory 65K mi diff is giving up when running V710's around RH turns. I will spin inside rear tire and not grip coming out of turns.

I need a diff next and it's between Aburn Race Diff, Eaton TrueTrac, or Torsen T2R.

Glad to hear.

We definitely need a seat and harness, it is on the list. So it is coming soon.

The Auburn road race diff is working great for us and I highly recommend it. It is the only one we have tried and we see no reason to need to change.

Thanks for looking!

Trying to get caught back up on this thread. Below is the clutch we installed last month. Ram twin disc with aluminum flywheel and new slave. The car had the newer master cylinder so we left that as is.. however we will be doing the Tick adjustable very shortly.

Here are pictures from the Ohio Muscle Car Challenge held at Pitt Race in Wampum PA. We did the 1.6 mile road course and the autox. Sam Strano even stopped by and helped us with some tuning on both the cars and drivers. In the last picture Sam is driving with UMI owner Ryan in the passenger seat. It was great to get some pointers from him and we look forward to working with him in the near future.

Below is two very quick YouTube clips (less than 30 seconds each) of our Camaro on the road course. In the first video the car is coming out of turn 7 and the second coming across the front stretch.

MarkM66, the UMI Camaro found it's spot at the Carlisle Fairgrounds this year while the Green Machine Monte Carlo, and UMI 5th Gen driven by Sam Strano hit PittRace for Optima Ultimate Street car. The last event with this car was at Holley LSFest, where it performed very well on Auto-X and "Three S" event.

We have some things planned for the car for winter so stay tuned!

I am little late of these but here are a few picture from the 2014 Holley LS Fest. What a great show and a great weekend.

UMI's 4th gen and 5th gen battling it out in the brake stop challenge. The 4th gen had the 5th gen by a tenth. The 3S challenge is very fun.

This is a pretty cool picture. This Jerry coming trough the finish line backwards. I don't think he even hit a cone.

Finally getting back to some updates on our 4th gen. The 2015 race and show season is quickly approaching.

We have a back firing issue that needs sorted out on the car, we think it's possibly a cracked intake so we will be looking at that soon. We also need to install an adjustable master cylinder for the clutch and a few other items including seats and a 6-point cage.

Our seats are in. After some shopping around we settled with Corbeau seats. We have used them in the past and they worked good for us. Since our 4th gen still sees a lot of street miles and may do a Power Tour some day we choose a reclining seat (we know many are against this). Also with multiple drivers this helps a lot too.

LG1 seats, we are happy with the color as it kind of matches the car. 5-point harnesses as well with camlock. We also ordered the direct bolt in seat brackets with double locking sliders. If you are doing any type of competition event make sure you get the double locking sliders.

93-02 F-Body seat brackets with double locking sliders.

those are nice seats, cant wait to see them mounted in the car! i am about ready to pull the trigger on a set of corbeau's, but cant decide between those LG1 seats or the forzas. i know for the driviers seat i dont really care about reclining, but since i still have the back seats in my car i feel like i should have a reclining pass seat for easier access. i also like the forza pricing as well lol
