Yes, pinion angle should be checked if the nose of the TA is moved. If you select the holes in the bracket that place the arm at the stock height, pinion angle will stay the same.

The 3rd or 4th hole up from the bottom is going to be right around the factory location. Now every car is different depending on the ride height so initially set it up in the 3rd or 4th hole from the bottom and measure the pinion angle. If it isn't in -2 to -3 degree range adjust it move it a hole up or down. Keep doing this until you find the location that get you in the -2 to -3 pinion angle range.

Sub'd...I am in the process of installing the BMR adjustable ta with relocation member. I also have the BMR springs and will be installing the BMR LCA relocation brackets. Curious to see what hole you end up using to get the right pinion angle.

If you have an adjustable TA then you can put the torque arm nose wherever you want and adjust pinion to exactly where you want it..

Since you are lowered I would start off in 3rd hole from the bottom and go from there. Once you find the set of holes that puts you in that -2 to -3 pinion angle range you will be good to go.

What is best for the OP might not be what is best for you but the stock location should be right around the 3rd or 4th hole from the bottom but since you are lowered also I would probably start in the 3rd hole too. . Since you have an adjustable torque arm you can take advantage of using any of the holes on the crossmember so make sure to play around with it and find out what your car really likes. The higher you mount the torque arm on the crossmember the harder it will hit the tires but it won't carry the power out as far. The lower you mount the torque arm on the crossmember the softer it will hit the tires but the further it will carry the power out.

Just a heads up, The car sat really high from the factory, but now has a nice stance after the BMR springs Here are some pics for comparison. So even after the spring swap I think it should still hook decent after some suspension tweaks.
