Tunnel brace/driveshaft loop will it fit?
I had a flowmaster merge installed in my y pipe and forgot about the tunnel brace clearance. Am I screwed?

It is hard to tell from your supplied picture but I know our driveshaft safety loop supplies the most room available on how it follows the tunnel. Take a look at the link provided it does have some install pictures and see if it will work for you.

Yeah there is no way a stock tunnel brace will clear that. Your best bet is to go with an aftermarket loop, or something like our TA012 tunnel mount torque arm which goes above the exhaust all together in that location

I can highly recommend the MWC DS loop. It fits like a glove and gives the maximum amount of ground/exhaust clearance you can get (since it doesn't hang down at all). You can see it in this pic of my car:

+ 1 on MWC loop....quality piece, great fitment.
Just make sure you route your fuel lines inside the arm of the loop and not install it over the top of them, otherwise you'll pinch the lines against body. You can see it in the above pic, he installed it correctly IMO. You'll see what I mean as soon as you test fit it.
