DIY SFC Install
1.) Have the car's weight on the wheels (IE drive on lift).
2.) Weld on bare metal, and repaint after I'm done.
3.) Disconnect both terminals of the battery (Also going to disconnect my nitrous controller and other add-ons just in case).
Anything else? I've done some rough welding, but I'd like for this to be a neat job.

It's going to be hard to keep from blowing holes in the body,,, just be aware of that.

A good shop should be able to do this for $60-$80, maybe even better.
Just make sure they also weld the backs and not just the fronts with the suspension LOADED. I have read to many post of garages screwing this install up.

The instructions are very detailed along with pictures. Anyone can actually install these just by following them, just need the welder. Just remember my 2 tips listed above and you are good to go.
