Tire out of round? Bent axle? The latter would need some
abuse to make happen, I think.

Check Panhard mounts for tightness, also the adjuster
jam nut (if any); all three of these worked loose on my
car.

Loose wheel . . . . ? Or the wheel or wheels could be out of balance.

The PHR uses largish ones - 11/16, 3/4, somewhere like
that. Can't remember offhand but just bring all of them
in the 5/8-7/8 range. As to the adjuster jam nut, I used
a big adjustable there. And gooped it up with black RTV
avter, to keep it from wiggling loose again.

LCAs are smaller, metric (maybe the PHR is metric too
but when you get that big there're SAE that fit "well
enough"). Probably 17mm.

Just a thought, if the rear shake is accompanied by a
click, clank or clunk that is probably loose linkage while
if it's "rubbery" that is more likely tire/wheel/axle related.

What lower control arms do you have? Are they double adjustable. I came to the conclusion mine are the source of my problems; either the lengths are incorrect or the rod ends are POS.

if your rear suspension is not stock...if you have lcas or a phr that utilize bushings then you may have a blown bushing. i had MAC LCAs on my car for a while and blew a bushing once and the car did exactly what you are talking about your car doing.
