I can tell you that Hotchkis springs have a great ride quality especially when matched with the right shocks. Alot of the ride quality is pertained to the shocks. As long as you have shocks that are revalved or adjusted for "lowering" springs, you'll be fine. Pics in sig.

The main difference is, BMRs are stiffer than Hotchkis.
Spring rates:

Hotchkis Front 285-525 Rear 100-140
