Default Koni's with Stock Springs

Can someone post some pics of cars using hose mod and lower perch with this set up. I'm thinking of going this way but want to see how it looks first.
Thanks

flozram,
vbmenu_register("postmenu_4528113", true);
Did you have to change your pan hard bar or anything else? How does the rear end sit as far as side to side? Is it in the center still?

What do you need to adjust if you do the lower spring perch and rear isolator mod?

Adjustable panhard bar, relocation brackets for lower control arms?

I agree with you. I like that look plus you didn't have to put up with the higher spring rate from lowering springs.
Looks great, thanks.

I have the same setup (Koni SAs on the lower perch in front, rear isolator removed). I am still thinking about modifying my rear springs by cutting off a half coil or so to drop the rear another 1/4" but after that the car should sit PERFECT if you ask me.

My car rides MUCH better than stock, handles MUCH better than stock, and looks like it should have when it was built. Not too low, not too high. I do have true duals as well and I have plenty of clearance (something I didn't have at all when I had a Pro Kit on the car with the duals).

Beautiful stance, it doesn't need to be any lower, it looks good just the way it is. What size wheels are those?

Another 1/4" would look good, but I think it looks great just the way it is. Thanks for the pics.

Sorry fell asleep there

yes adjustable panhard bar ceneterd everything
again i am conservative so the rear wheels are 10" not 11"
so there really is no clearance issues

the front Koni's have a C-type clip that gives you an inch or so of ride height difference thats all it takes to lwr the front

thanks

Damn ... when I had my car sittin on the lower perch up front and the rear spacer removed my car didn't sit anything like these cars. My front end was jacked up compared to the rear ... I wasn't happy with it all. If my car had looked like those though, I would have kept the setup.

No adjustment necessary, just move the clip down and put the spring perch back on. Simple and easy. I had a buddy of mine (the guy with the black Trans Am) who had the Koni SAs with stock springs on his car and he said his didn't sit like mine sat either. If you notice some cars sit different from the factory (mine was way up in the front and the back) so that may have something to do with it. With the Konis though the car sat down nicely.

has anyone measured the height of the car with the lower perch mod. (measure from the ground to the highest arc on the fender.)

Yeah, I was the one who did the Koni SA and stock spring lower perch. Mine was no where close to Josh's car at all. I know have Hotchkis springs on the car and I'm very happy.

When I first did this mod my front end looked strange compared to the rear, but the car seemed to "settle" in the front after a few days...now it looks great.
